Beneficial Contract Hire For You & Your Business
One monthly contract hire payment includes all costs involved in running a company car excluding car insurance - fully comprehensive and GAP insurance is needed. Vehicle Excise Duty & monthly payments are determined by:
- Cost of car
- The contracted annual mileage
- The agreed contract length terms
- An optional maintenance & servicing
We require a deposit of three times the monthly contract hire payment for the vehicle. VAT is required upon all payments, but can be claimed back at an amount dependent upon the individual or company circumstances.
Car hirers can pay for excess mileage at an agreed and fixed
rate, determined at the end of the contract hire arrangement. At
this point, the hired vehicle will be handed back over to the
finance company. The contract can either come to an end or an
extension can be made of the contract for a further agreed period
however under no circumstances does the hirer have any right of
purchase for the car.
Payments are made based upon the companys monthly expenditure/
income. Company assets will not be affected as the vehicle asset is
removed from the company balance sheet, this is beneficial as it
will free up company capital avoiding depreciation.
If the contract hire is terminated prior to the agreed period, a
penalty will incur based upon the terms stated in the contract
